JobJobbed.com establishes relationship with Jobsworth.com
7th November 2002
JobJobbed.com,
one of the UK's new generation of interactive recruitment websites
has developed what is believed to be a mutually rewarding and complimentary
relationship with Jobsworth.com, an established and respected online
provider of straight forward, convenient and value for money employment
documents & policies, all of which are written in plain English.
"We aim
to provide busy employers with the essential employment documents
and information they need in order to minimise their time and costs
spent on employment legislation and therefore allow them to concentrate
on their own businesses." Said David Thomson of Jobsworth.com,
adding "We see a relationship with a service provider such
as JobJobbed.com as being relevant to both our established clients
and theirs."
"New employment legislation is continuously emerging and has
become increasingly complex as well as potentially costly. This
makes it particularly difficult for small to medium sized enterprises
(SMEs) to keep up. These trends are forecast to continue into the
future and Employers need to be able to both comply and to keep
up to date with employment issues quickly and cheaply. Our team
brings practical guidance to help employers of all kinds to manage
the minefield that is employment legislation." Thomson added.
The exchange between the websites has already begun with guidance
notes for Employers being provided for the JobJobbed.com website.
Similarly, Clients of each company have been advised of these new
services and a new online job-search facility will be offered on
Jobsworth.com, which will be provided by JobJobbed.
"Adding
value for our clients through developing tactical relationships
with like-minded businesses, particularly those that compliment
our own portfolio of services, remains a high priority in our plans
for future development and growth" said Rupert Ellis of JobJobbed.com.
"Through endeavouring to provide a complete Recruitment and
HR solution for our clients, we believe that we are building a reputation
for delivering a service that is cost-effective, relevant and efficient."
"We recognise
that the Recruitment Sector is about to embark on a new era in its
evolution and that the traditional boundaries between bespoke HR
and Recruitment Services are likely to become increasingly blurred"
said Ellis. "Through the development of relationships with
reputable service providers such as Jobsworth.com, we intend to
provide a comprehensive portfolio of value-added services that will
build confidence & loyalty from our existing and new clients
alike."
Ends.
